You’ll have full access to our spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat space—perfect for relaxation, rejuvenation, and inspiration.

Additionally, if you'd like to enjoy freshly prepared meals during your stay, we offer an in-house private chef for an additional cost—serving wholesome, delicious food in the comfort of your villa.

🔐 Security Deposit
To ensure the care and protection of Villa Lalibela and its guests, a refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
Full Villa Rental: A security deposit of $400 USD is required.
Individual Suite Deposits:
Master King En-Suite – $200 USD
Penthouse En-Suite – $150 USD
King Room En-Suite – $150 USD
Twin Bed Room – $100 USD
Queen-Queen Room – $150 USD
This deposit will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days after checkout, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property. The deposit covers, but is not limited to:
Damages to furniture, fixtures, or property
Excessive mess requiring deep cleaning
Missing items, keys, or towels
Unauthorized guests or activities
Please respect the space as you would your own sanctuary. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of this sacred home.
🏠 House Rules & Eco-Friendly Guidelines
We proudly operate as a sustainable, eco-conscious retreat. Please help us preserve this sanctuary by respecting the following:
Lights & Appliances: Kindly turn off all lights and fans when not in use.
Air Conditioning: Use only when necessary. The natural Caribbean breeze is so healing for the mind, body, and soul.
Turn off units when leaving the room or if it gets too cold.
Windows and doors must be closed when AC is on to prevent damage and energy waste.
Water Conservation: Use water mindfully. Avoid wasting water and unnecessary washing.
Quiet Hours: Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially after 10:00 PM.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is allowed outdoors only and on verandas.
Respect the Land: Dispose of trash in the bins provided. Recycle when possible.
🕰️ Check-In & Check-Out Procedures
To ensure a peaceful and seamless experience for all guests, please review and follow the procedures below:
✅ Check-In
Time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Early check-in may be available upon request and approval)
Upon Arrival:
Valid photo ID must match the person listed on the booking.
Security deposit must be paid before address and keys are released.
You will be given a brief walkthrough of the property, amenities, and house rules.
Keys, Entry Codes and Wi-Fi details will be provided at check-in.
🌿 Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you expect a late arrival. Additional fees may apply for check-ins after 7:00 PM.
⏳ Check-Out
Time: 11:00 AM
Before Leaving:
Remove all personal belongings and food items.
Wash and put away any used dishes.
Place used towels in the laundry basket or designated bin.
Turn off lights, fans, AC units, and appliances.
Secure all windows and lock all doors.
Return keys to the host or designated drop-off location.
💡 Lost keys will incur a $10 USD replacement fee.
🔑 Keys & Check-Out
Return all keys upon check-out to avoid charges.
A $10 USD fee applies for each lost or unreturned key.
🍽️ Optional Meal Service
Would you like freshly prepared meals during your stay?
We offer a wholesome in-house meal service at $20 USD per person, per meal. Please give at least 48-hour notice for meal arrangements.
⚖️ Disclaimer of Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with a reservation—whether for the full property or individual suites—the guest, group, or organization automatically agrees to all Villa Lalibela policies, terms, and conditions as outlined in our rental agreement, house rules, and posted guidelines.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Our security deposit policy
Check-in/check-out procedures
Occupancy limits
Eco-conscious usage guidelines
No-smoking, no-party, and noise regulations
Liability waivers and indemnity terms
The booking party assumes full responsibility for their guests, and acknowledges that failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges, forfeiture of security deposit, or immediate termination of stay without refund.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version is always available upon request.
